Birchcol Full Marks

Olaf, foaled in 2002, is by the hugely successful dressage sire, Fulton, out of our own purebred Trakehner mare, Holme Grove Mary Poppins, and is therefore half-brother to Haagen II.

Being a big horse at 17.2hh, he's been lightly competed to give him time to strengthen up and find his balance, but that didn't prevent him gaining 71% at Elementary recently!

Olaf is kind and sensible, with an extremely willing attitude to his work. Whilst we've always felt he had sound potential, we're quietly pleased with his work of late and feel he has an exciting future ahead of him. Watch this space!
